لأﻛﺜﺮ ﻣﻦ ﺛﻼﺛﺔ ﻋﻘﻮد، ﻛﺎﻧﺖ "إﻧﺸﺎء اﻟﺠﺰﻳﺮة" ﺣﺠﺮ زاوﻳﺔ موثوق ﺑﻪ ﻓﻲ ﻗﻄــــﺎع الإنشاءات واﻟﺒﻨﻴﺔ اﻟﺘﺤﺘﻴﺔ ﻓـﻲاﻟﻤﻤﻠﻜﺔ اﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﺔ اﻟﺴﻌﻮدﻳﺔ. ﺗﺄﺳﺴﺖ اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻣﻜﺔ اﻟﻤﻜﺮﻣﺔ ﻋﺎم 1994، وﻧﻤﺖ ﻟﺘﺼﺒﺢ واﺣﺪة ﻣــﻦ أﻛﺜﺮ ﺷﺮﻛـــﺎت اﻟﻤـــﻘﺎوﻻت اﻟﻌــــﺎﻣﺔ احتراما ﻓﻲ اﻟﻤﻤﻠﻜــــﺔ، ﻣــــﺪﻓﻮﻋﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻨﺰاﻫـــﺔ واﻻﺑﺘــﻜﺎر واﻟﺸﻐـﻒ ﺑﺎﻟﺘﻤــــﻴﺰ.
